Frequently Asked Questions
LET’S CHECK OUT
Planning an event comes with many details, and choosing the right partner can feel like one of the biggest decisions. We’ve gathered the most common questions from our clients to help you feel at ease. Have a look below, and if you still have something on your mind, just email us. We’re here to make this part easy for you.
How much does it cost to hire an event management company in Singapore?
What is included in an event management quotation?
Our quotation separates event management, onsite execution, registration, AV, design, print, photography/videography, manpower, supplier costs, assumptions, exclusions, and optional add-ons. It defines what Eventive owns, what the client owns, and what requires a separate quote or change order.
What does a corporate event agency actually handle?
How early should we engage an event management company?
Engage Eventive once the event date, audience, venue direction, and budget range are broadly known. Earlier appointment gives proper time to lock the scope, shortlist suppliers, manage approvals, control print and production lead times, and reduce event-day risk.
Can your agency source and shortlist venues in Singapore?
Eventive includes venue sourcing and shortlisting when appointed for that workstream. We brief venues, compare options, check capacity and room flow, review F&B and AV inclusions, flag restrictions, and align the venue recommendation to budget, guest profile, programme format, and production requirements.
Do we need an external AV team if the venue already provides AV?
Eventive reviews the venue AV provision before deciding the production layer required. Venue AV may cover basic microphones, screen, projector, and house technicians. Eventive adds show control when the programme requires managed slides, videos, cueing, recording, lighting, multi-source playback, confidence monitor, operator control, or a more polished stage flow.
Can you manage online RSVP and registration for our event?
Eventive includes RSVP and registration management when appointed for that scope. This covers the agreed registration form or portal, RSVP confirmation emails, QR-code check-in, real-time RSVP status tracking, onsite attendee tracking, and registrant exports for client review where required.
How do you manage last-minute changes on event day?
Eventive manages last-minute changes through one onsite decision route. The Event Manager assesses the impact on cost, safety, timing, suppliers, AV, guest flow, and programme integrity, then secures client sign-off where required before executing the change.
Can you build and host an event registration website or landing page?
Eventive builds and hosts event registration websites or landing pages when appointed for that scope. This includes the agreed event information, registration form, RSVP capture, confirmation workflow, hosting arrangement, tracking access, and handover of registrant data based on the agreed process.
Will the same team from planning be present on event day?
Eventive keeps planning and onsite execution connected through the named Event Manager. The person holding the brief remains accountable through event day, supported by the assigned onsite team. This reduces handover risk and ensures decisions are made with full context.
